Step 2: Preferences and Expectactions

Basic Preferences

Please be prepared to speak to, or write about (in your email or online appointment setting) the follow basic preferences that reference the different attributes of our team.

Gender

Please let us know if you would prefer to see a male or a female therapist. It is natural to have different levels of comfort in this regard, and we can accommodate.

Specialty

Because we want to connect you with the right therapist, we have therapists with varying degrees, certifications, and specialties. Choose the one that best fits your needs.

SpeciFIC THERAPIST

Many clients choose a therapist on a referral basis. Please let us know if you already have a therapist in mind that you would like to schedule with and we will try and accommodate you.

Your First Meeting

The first time you meet with a Therapist is often referred to as an "intake" or an "assessment." This allows for the therapist to listen to your needs and create a custom course of action for your specific needs.

We do not process insurance claims at this time however, we are happy to provide necessary diagnostic and CPT codes so that you can submit your sessions for reimbursement.
