Setting an Appointment
Step 1: Reach Out
Call On Your Phone
If you would like to speak to a LifeStar representative to find out more, please call 801.262.2400. For some, this is the easiest way to quickly connect with the right therapist with a quick discussion.
A quick email to email@example.com with your interest in connecting will also be answered within a business day. Please read on to find out what further information will help us connect you to the right therapist.
As a new client, you can go to the link below and quickly see available therapists and select a meeting time
Step 2: Preferences and Expectactions
Please be prepared to speak to, or write about (in your email or online appointment setting) the follow basic preferences that reference the different attributes of our team.
Please let us know if you would prefer to see a male or a female therapist. It is natural to have different levels of comfort in this regard, and we can accommodate.
Because we want to connect you with the right therapist, we have therapists with varying degrees, certifications, and specialties. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
Many clients choose a therapist on a referral basis. Please let us know if you already have a therapist in mind that you would like to schedule with and we will try and accommodate you.
Your First Meeting
The first time you meet with a Therapist is often referred to as an "intake" or an "assessment." This allows for the therapist to listen to your needs and create a custom course of action for your specific needs.
Step 3: Paperwork & Beginning
We will confirm with you actions taken in Step 1, while on the phone or with a follow up email. A few more details for starting out our relationship are below:
